All Solen Manor pieces are made to order with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of materials and craftsmanship, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are considered part of the product’s character, not defects.
We do not guarantee that all products will appear identical to digital images, as screen settings and lighting may affect how colors and textures are displayed.
Refund Policy
At Solen Manor, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Refunds or replacements are only offered for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once reviewed, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Solen Manor reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet these conditions.
