As all items are made to order, please allow 15–20 business days for your order to be prepared and delivered. This timeline includes both production and shipping.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. From time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping on select orders or promotions.

Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
